I’m delighted to share that A Structural Plan for Imitation: Engines of Differentiation has been acquired by Galeria Municipal do Porto. The piece has traveled between Portugal, Cyprus, and Scotland, before finding its permanent home in the collection of the city of Porto.
I’m so grateful to everyone who helped make this a reality. Firstly, to the European Media Art Platform. This work was realized within the framework of a European Media Art Platform residency program at NeMe with support from the Creative Europe Culture Programme of the European Union. During the residency, I collaborated with Alexia Achilleos on the conceptual development of the work. And last but not least, I’m grateful to the team at Pláka for selecting the work as part of the Aquisições program as well as making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
